Cold Harmony

The golden ball is a tiny detail that is quite easy to overlook, but it added a new texture the painting. Its reflective characteristic was able to somehow provide a glimpse of what is happening on the other side of the room. Sure, the wine bottle share the same characteristic, but the ball is more opaque and solid. The other subjects used, such as thin water jar, ball of rope, the wine bottle and its cork screw and white sea shell sitting on top of a white cylinder, all have individual physical attributes. However, as a whole, it was able to look exquisitely well. The still life painting is also a versatile piece that can go perfectly well in any home.
